Job Title: Power BI Developer / Lead

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer / Lead with strong expertise in AI-native analytics, Microsoft Fabric, and modern data platforms to support a key financial engagement.
• In this role, you will design, build, and optimize intelligent dashboards and reporting frameworks using advanced Power BI features, AI integration, and predictive analytics.
• You will work closely with business stakeholders to convert complex data streams into actionable, high-impact business insights

Key Responsibilities:

• AI & Predictive Analytics Dashboards: Design and develop intelligent Power BI dashboards by integrating AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics capabilities to deliver actionable business insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Next-Gen Power BI & Fabric Automation: Leverage Microsoft Fabric and Power BI Copilot to automate report creation, enhance self-service analytics, and improve user interaction with data through natural language experiences.
• Data Modeling & Architecture: Build scalable semantic models, optimize DAX measures, and implement automated data pipelines using Fabric, Azure, and Power Platform to improve reporting efficiency, performance, and governance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & KPI Frameworks: Partner with business stakeholders to identify AI-powered reporting opportunities, develop intelligent KPI frameworks, and translate complex datasets into predictive and prescriptive insights that drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Power BI design, DAX optimization, data modeling, and business intelligence development.
• AI & Advanced Tech Stack: Direct experience or strong familiarity with AI-native Power BI features, Power BI Copilot, Microsoft Fabric, Azure services, and Power Platform tools.
• Data & Analytical Skills: Proven ability in data pipeline construction, DAX performance tuning, semantic modeling, and integrating ML/predictive models into BI dashboards.
