About the role This position is responsible for safely melting metal alloys and pouring them into prepared molds to produce castings. Key responsibilities Operate and monitor furnaces to melt metals according to specifications Pour molten metal into molds safely Maintain accurate records of heat, alloys, and pouring operations Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is preferred Previous foundry or manufacturing experience is a plus Ability to lift 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in hot environments IPC Foundry Group stands as a leading investment casting foundry with domestic facilities in Utah and Texas, complimented by international production capabilities.
