We are immediately hiring Class A CDL drivers for a high-paying, dedicated Family Dollar regional lane.

Because this is a specialized, 100% driver-unload position, we offer an incredible $0.83 CPM base pay plus extra Carton Pay ($0.06 per carton). If you are willing to put in the work, you will take home some of the biggest weekly paychecks in the industry.

Home Time & Schedule:

• Guaranteed Home Weekly: Enjoy a reliable 34-hour restart at home every single week.
• The Routine: Standard regional operations running either Monday through Saturday OR Sunday through Friday (weekend deliveries may be required).
• Stability: 100% dedicated customer network. Same customer, consistent routes, and zero seasonal freight drops.

Freight & Workload (What the Job Looks Like):

• Average Weekly Distance: Consistent ~1,630 miles per week.
• Delivery Method: You will be delivering retail merchandise to dedicated store locations.
• The Unload Process: This is a 100% driver-unload account. You do not have to use heavy, exhausting hand trucks. Instead, you will roll the freight straight out of the trailer using a modern, smooth gravity-fed roller system directly into the stores.

What We Look For in an Ideal Driver:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
• Physically fit and active: You must be comfortable handling physical labor and unloading freight via gravity rollers daily.
• A strong desire to maximize your weekly income.
• Prior retail delivery or multi-stop experience is a major plus, but not required.
